Certificate of Completion – Level 2 in Business Analysis

The program of study offered by Global Knowledge and leading to the Certificate of Completion – Level 2 in Business Analysis is a higher level of study for business analysts who need to develop the skills and competencies essential to determine product or system requirements and manage these requirements throughout the development life cycle.

To earn the Certificate of Completion – Level 2 in Business Analysis, you must fulfill the following requirements:

• Complete a minimum of seven courses, totaling a minimum of 18 days of training, within four years. At least five must be taken from the Business Analysis core courses.
• Pass the final test at the end of each course with a minimum grade of 70%
• Attend at least 90% of class time and participate in class exercises and section-knowledge checks

Upon successful completion of the program, you will earn the Certificate of Completion – Level 2 in Business Analysis awarded by the McMaster University Centre for Continuing Education.

Transfer of credits to another Certificate of Completion – Level 2 or new Certificate of Completion – Level 1:

• Students wishing to complete the Certificate of Completion – Level 2 in another product line may apply two courses toward the second Certificate of Completion – Level 2.
• Students wishing to complete the Certificate of Completion – Level 1 in another product line may apply one course toward the Certificate of Completion – Level 1.
