12 Months of 24/7 Access to Mentoring via Chat, Email and Phone

All access and the mentoring services are solely for the registered original attendee.

The following courses are EXCLUDED from this program:

• All Global Knowledge delivered On-Demand courses

12 Months of Unlimited Retakes of Your Class

Upon completion of a Microsoft course, a student may retake the same course in a Public Training Schedule delivery format at no additional charge on a space available basis for up to 12 months after the original course start date. The student must use their original course materials, including courseware and lab access. No student substitutions are permitted during the 12-month unlimited access period.

• All Classroom Live courses

12 Months of On-Demand Access to Indexed Class Recordings of Your Virtual Class

Access is solely for the registered original attendee and may not be shared with others.

The following courses are EXCLUDED from this program:

• All partner-delivered courses
• All end-user Microsoft Office courses
• All Global Knowledge delivered On-Demand courses

Global Knowledge Microsoft Boot Camps

Free Retake Exam Vouchers

Students who complete a Global Knowledge Microsoft boot camp and the accompanying online study program will be issued a free retake exam voucher specific to their boot camp, if needed. Should any student fail the initial exam, he or she will be eligible to receive a second exam voucher. The second exam voucher will only be issued within one year of the first exam voucher issue date.
To receive your second exam voucher send us a copy of the results of your first test, and we'll email you a new exam voucher.
