Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
The PCNSE certification validates the knowledge and skills required for network security engineers that design, deploy, operate, manage, and troubleshoot Palo Alto Networks Next-Generation Firewalls. PCNSE-certified individuals have demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the Palo Alto Networks product portfolio and can make full use of it in most implementations.
Prerequisites
None however it is recommended that you review the PCNSE Study Guide and have six months of hands-on experience with the product in deployment.

Anyone who uses Palo Alto Networks products, including customers, partners, system engineers, systems integrators, and support engineers.
Recertification
The PCNSE certification is valid for two years from the date you pass the exam. You must wait six months after becoming certified before taking another PCNSE exam. To keep your certification in Active status, you must recertify by retaking the PCNSE exam.
You can log in to the Palo Alto Certification Management System and look at the “Certifications” section to check whether your certification is still active or is about to expire.
