Veeam Certified Engineer-Advanced: Design and Optimization (VMCE-A)
Design and optimize the Veeam Availability Suite solution
The Veeam Certified Engineer – Advanced: Design & Optimization (VMCE-A) focuses on teaching engineers how to design and optimize the Veeam Availability Suite solution. The certification is designed for system engineers and administrators who have attended the VMCE standard 3-day course and intend to achieve the Veeam Certified Architect title.
In addition, by passing the VMCE and the VMCE-A exams, participants will achieve the Veeam Certified Architect (VMCA) certification.
Prerequisites
Participants should have a solid virtualization, backup and recovery knowledge base.
Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)
Required Exams
The VMCE-A exam includes 40 randomized questions from each of the course modules. The VMCE-A certification is awarded to scores of 70% or higher.
Recertification
Engineers are required to keep current on both VMCE and VMCE-A certifications by following the certification upgrade paths provided by Veeam.
