How to Find a Course in the All Access Course Catalog

If you can't find an On-Demand course

  1. Search for the course in the master course list.
    • All courses with    are in the Enhanced On-Demand Courses tile
    • All courses with    are in the Standard On-Demand Courses tile
    • All courses with    are in the Office Productivity On-Demand Courses tile
  2. Then go to that tile in MyGK and search for the course.

If you still can’t find it, contact our customer success team.

If you can't find a Classroom Live or Virtual Classroom Live course

  1. Search for the course in the the master course list.
    • All courses with a    are in the All Access Live Course Catalog tile
    • Note how the tech provider or topic the course is categorized
  2. Go to the MyGK All Access Live Course Catalog tile.
  3. Log in to the All Access catalog, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “All Courses” tile. You’ll see the course categories. Follow the categorization to the course you’re looking for.
