Course 1:  The basics – Find out what DevOps is at the start of the journey

DevOps Foundation - This course is an introduction to DevOps. The course emphasizes communication, collaboration, integration, and automation to improve the workflow between developers and IT operations professionals. Improved workflows lead to more opportunities to design software and services in a more agile fashion which can only be good for customers.

Course 2:  The supporting disciplines – Programmer, Project Management or IT operations…you’ll almost certainly be interfacing with these guys in a DevOps role 

Choose one of: Agile Foundation or ITIL 4 Foundation or Python 

Agile Foundation - Through practical experience of the Agile style of working, case studies and example scenarios from a highly experienced trainer, it provides delegates with an understanding of how the Agile Project Management process can enable planning, management and control for predictable Agile project deliveries.

ITIL 4 Foundation - This course provides IT leaders, practitioners, support staff and staff interfacing with the organisation’s digital and information systems functions with a practical understanding of the key concepts, common language, principles and practices that enables successful management of modern IT-enabled services.

Getting started with Python - The Python language has been emerging as a very powerful, flexible, and simple programming tool for building all manner of applications.  In this course, you will learn about Python and writing basic scripts. From there, you'll move on to many of the language features needed in all applications, and then explore some advanced functionality such as OO Python.  This online learning event is comprised of Articles to read, Labs to participate in, Videos to watch and all the time you have access to Mentors that will help you better understand the Python language. We estimate that the learning event will take you around 9 ½hrs to complete.

Course 3:  The Technology – DevOps tool chains are supported by a number of products that move your code from commit to live and control the cloud environment.  Choose to learn about some of the more popular ones through a combination of e-learning and classroom.

Docker Fundamentals - The Docker Fundamentals training course features the foundational concepts and practices of containerization on a single Docker node. The course offers learners the opportunity to assimilate basic container orchestration and how to scale Docker across multiple nodes in a simple swarm or Kubernetes cluster.

Beginning Jenkins - This course complies with instructional designing principles for all the 6 lessons. This will ensure that you repeat and reinforce your gained knowledge at every step. Each and every minute spent during this 2-day course will incrementally take you to a next level.    

Software testing tools and techniques (includes Cucumber and Selenium) - Software testing is an investigation conducted to test the process and execution of a program or application with the intent of finding software bugs. This bundle of 7 courses and over 20hrs of on demand content is aim to provide an introduction to the tools and techniques commonly used. 

Cloud Essentials - The Cloud Essentials Course™ is a 12-hour, interactive, online learning experience. This introductory course provides a balanced curriculum and addresses the business and technical perspectives of cloud computing. It also explains how to adopt, operate, and govern the cloud. The course enables participants to successfully complete the associated CompTIA® Cloud Essentials Exam to become Cloud Essentials Certified.

AWS Technical Essentials - AWS Technical Essentials introduces you to AWS products, services, and common solutions. It provides you with fundamentals to become more proficient in identifying AWS services so that you can make informed decisions about IT solutions based on your business requirements and get started working on AWS.

Introduction to Microsoft Azure for IT Professionals - This course will introduce students to the principles of cloud computing. Students will become familiar with how these principles have been implemented in Microsoft Azure.
