This training course “TMAP: Organizing built-in quality at scale” enables professionals that are responsible for organizing quality engineering to acquire necessary knowledge and skills to enable teams to achieve this.

as DevOps and Scrum). This includes roles such as scrum masters, agile coaches, release train
engineers, test managers, test masters.

Haut de pageDuring this training course the participants (that typically are involved in organizing, structuring and
scaling the IT delivery process) will get knowledge and practical experience with the following QA &
testing subjects (amongst others):
• IT delivery models (incl DevOps, Scrum and SAFe®)
• The VOICE model for achieving business value by IT delivery
• CI/CD pipeline and tooling
• QA & Testing topics, such as:
o quality & test policy
o monitoring & control
o anomaly management
o reporting & alerting
o estimating & planning
o metrics and continuous improvement
o infrastructure
• Organizing quality engineering overarching multiple teams
• End-to-end testing within a team or over multiple teams
• Quality characteristics and test varieties
• Personal, interpersonal and team skills for effective collaboration within and across teams.
The training course lets participants get experience on these subjects through short introductions
followed by relevant exercises and leaves ample room for sharing experiences by all participants.
During the course the participants will also practice exam questions.
