The Cisco service provider certification path had not been updated for quite some time and was missing coverage on topics such as automation and programmability. The new Cisco Service Provider certification path now incorporates these advancements and enables you to scale your service provider infrastructure.
Some of the exams you completed for the old Service Provider certifications may still help you to transition to the new CCNA or the new CCNP Service Provider Certifications.

CCNP Service Provider
The new programme has seen the removal of prerequisites for the achievement of certifications, so you will not need to have a CCNA certification to become CCNP certified.

CCIE Security
You still need two exams to achieve the CCIE Service Provider Certification, however the old written exam has been replaced with a qualifying exam that covers core service provider technologies and a hands-on-lab exam that covers service provider technologies and solutions through the entire network lifecycle. (Design, Deploy, Operate and Optimize) including automation and programmability.
