What is GK Polaris

The GK Polaris subscription product provides bundled unlimited training opportunities and allows a subscriber to access live streaming and/or recorded video and other content via the internet. There are currently three Polaris plans.

The specific content topics and skill levels, as well as terms and conditions, may change from time to time, and may differ based on the GK Polaris plan purchased and the country of the subscriber. The purchase price is non-refundable, and non-payment is grounds for cancellation without notice. Purchasing a GK Polaris subscription gives a subscriber unlimited ability to view and engage in all aspects of the contents of that subscription, with some restrictions:

- For live classes, space is limited in some courses and not all courses may be available to you at all times. Global Knowledge may cancel live classes due to low registration or other reasons.

- Subscriptions are for a single user for one year, beginning on the first day of completed enrollment. Users must complete all courses for which they register prior to the subscription end date.

- Misuse of the Polaris product could result in suspension or deactivation of a subscriber’s subscription. Misuse includes, but is not limited to:

- Sharing login credentials or the content of any courses.

- Failing to attend a live course registration or cancelling that registration less than 16 days before the course starts.

- Enrollment in two or more live classes scheduled at the same time(s).

- Any similar user behavior that is deemed unreasonable in the sole discretion of Global Knowledge.
