Enrolment:

For Diploma enrolment, an advance registration accompanied by a completed registration form and the requested payment is required to guarantee a seat, at least 15 days before the Diploma starts.

• Participant should upload clear colored scanned copies of the payment receipt and the national ID/IQAMA upon submitting the form and we will issue the receipt and confirmation of admission.

• Participants should pass through English Screening by:
o Phone screening
o Face to Face Interview
o Present valid equivalent certificate if there is any

• Participants should attend more than 75% of the module hours to be granted the module certificate
• Participants should complete in full their module Assignment to make sure they are granted the Certificate
• Instructors may grant an extension to students who fail to submit an assignment by a deadline (due date). Instructors should set the policy concerning the impact of missed deadlines on students' grades at the beginning of the course.
• In case students have missed several deadlines on course work or in case of an unexcused absence, the instructor will give a grade of (F) for the course.
• Diploma studying options are based on the availability and number of registrations
• Free ICND1 is given after paying at least 50% of Diploma fees and based on the classes availability.

Payment: 

• Total Diploma fees 13,000 SR
• Upon Registrations 10% 1,300 SR

Choose your payment plan:

1. Cash for two years amount of SR13,000.
2. Yearly Payment the amount of SAR 7,000,000 per year.
3. Quarterly payment the amount of SR 2,000 per quarter.

Payment should be placed maximum by two weeks before the semester.

  • For payment, Fees may be paid by bank transfer/direct deposit to:

Or by a cheque (in the name of global knowledge Saudi Arabia) at Global Knowledge Saudi Arabia Finance Dept. during the office hours.
(9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday).

Cancelation/Refund Policy:

- Registration fees are 100% refundable in case a participant has failed to meet the enrollment requirement or in case of canceling at least 15 days before the start date. Otherwise Registration fees are nonrefundable.
- For Diploma cancelled in writing (email to: SA.Diploma@Globalknowledge.com.sa ) at least 15 days in advance before the course starts, Participant will receive a full refund.
- Semester fees are nonrefundable for any cancelation within 15 days of semester start date.
- GK has the right to cancel/change the course date and a full refund is guaranteed in this case.
