Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Specialization
- Build a channel to meet the demand for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express products
- Identify, train and certify existing Cisco Advanced Collaboration Specialized (ACAS) partners so that they can provide full lifecycle support for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express products.
- Ensure that customers are provided with a high quality Cisco Unified Contact Center Express deployment.
This Authorisation give the Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialised partners more flexibility in terms of which collaboration solutions to invest in. Previously, Unified Contact Center Express was a part of Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization. By makingContact Center Express its own authorization, Cisco is providing ACAS partners with the option to invest in Contact Center Express solutions relevant to their Collaboration practice.
The Unified Contact Center Express Authorization (UCCX) is an open program available to all ACAS partners.Specialization Requirements
In addition to the partner having the Cisco Advanced Collaboration Architecture Specialization (ACAS). The Cisco Unified Contact Center Express Authorization Program requires a minimum of one (1) Contact Center Express Engineer. This individual will assists customers with planning, designing, configuring, implementing, and integrating the systems required to support Cisco UCCX solutions. The Engineer is a key member of the account team and is responsible for ensuring the highest level of technical account management. The Engineer is responsible for installation and post-sales support.
