Cisco Unified Contact Center Webex Specialization

The goal of the Cisco Webex Contact Center Specialization Program is to build programs with prescribed requirements for validation and identification of our Cisco channel partners and to develop the global market opportunity for advanced and emerging technology solutions through qualified Cisco channel partners.  With this  this Authorisation you will be able to:

  • Build and promote your brand as a trusted, Cisco Authorized Partner, able to deliver Cisco Contact Center.
  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with your customers via a SaaS solution that encourages ongoing dialogue to ensure customers are leveraging solution features 

The Unified Contact Center Webex Specialization is by invitation only.

Specialization Requirements

The Cisco Webex Contact Center Authorization Program has two personnel roles:

  • 1 x Account Manager (AM)
  • 1 x Webex Contact Center Expert

The individuals filling these roles must reside in the same country in which the Authorization Partner is fulfilling the requirements of the Webex Contact Center Authorisation Program.
