Express Specialisation – Small and Midsize Business (SMB) Track
Boost your skills with the new SMB Express Track. The SMB Express Track of this new specialization focuses on on-premises switching, routing, wireless, and security solutions for smaller business. An Express Specialisation will increase your revenue opportunities by being recognised for your specialisations in the Cisco Partner Locator whilst maximising the partner incentives and promotions. In addition to helping your company develop solutions in sales, technical and service capabilities as Enterprise Networks specialists, you will benefit by:
- Becoming a Select Partner
- Partner incentives
- Accessing Cisco Sales Connect and other Cisco tools
An Express Specialisation is a minimum requirement for all Select and Premier Partners.
Specialisation Requirements
The Express specialisations have two distinct roles: Account Manager Role (AM), and Systems Engineer/technical (SE) Role. You can choose how you wish to use employees across multiple specialisations, however, you are strongly encouraged to use more than the minimum number of employees allowed to reduce your risk of compliance problems.
Express Role Sharing (4-2) rules
AM: Account Managers may fulfil up to 4 Account Manager roles across the Express tracks
SE: System Engineers may fulfil up to 2 System Engineer/Technical roles across the Express tracks
The AM and SE roles must be fulfilled by 2 different individuals and each individual can only hold one role type (AM or SE) across the different tracks
