Why would you attend the Specify and Verify course at Global Knowledge?
In the past couple of years new project management methods have been developed, for example: Agile, Scrum, Lean IT and of course DevOps. These methods help you better serve your customer (and are faster than the traditional waterfall method). These new project management methods also deliver better collaboration, a higher success rate and a pleasant work environment.
During Specify and Verify you will learn about customer happiness. How do you make sure the needs of your customer are realized to the fullest? Customer value is essential for a succesfull project.
What do you learn during this course?
During this course you learn how to realize the needs of a customer during a project. You take end-to-end responsibility for the project, from concept to the final product. This starts with a meeting with the customer in which you write down the requirements, you translate these requirements to your team. Find out how to do this during the training course.
You also learn what the importance is of speaking the same language as your team: from developers to stakeholders. You decide which tests your product needs and how you communicate with the customer during the project. Is the product still living up to their expectations?
