IBM z/OS 2.4 Update

This course is designed to teach students the new features and enhanced functions provided in z/OS Version 2 Release 4.

 

The software updates and enhancements for z/OS V2R4 are presented in groups based on closely associated z/OS components. The groups include enhancements to the base control program, sysplex features, UNIX System Services, the data storage subsystem, Communications Server, and security components, such as RACF.Finally, the installation and migration issues relating to installation of z/OS V2.4 are discussed.

Virtual Learning

This interactive training can be taken from any location, your office or home and is delivered by a trainer. This training does not have any delegates in the class with the instructor, since all delegates are virtually connected. Virtual delegates do not travel to this course, Global Knowledge will send you all the information needed before the start of the course and you can test the logins.
