Belgium is lifting the restrictions put in place because of the spread of the Coronavirus and has started adapting to the New Normal. What does this mean for the training courses and exams you attend at Global Knowledge?

When are you allowed to visit our locations again?

We've started offering training courses at out locations again. Learn more on what the expect when you get to our locations on this page. Participants are required to wear a face mask in all our public spaces. You can take the mask off in the classroom or when you sit down to take the exam. If you do not want to wear a face mask, Global Knowledge kindly requests you to attend your training course or exam virtually.

Upon request there is a possibility you could switch between Virtual Classroom and in classroom during the training course. Of course, you can still decide to attend the full training course via Virtual Classroom.

When am I allowed to take an exam on location?

You're welcome to take an exam on one of our locations again. This option is limited though - reach out to Global Knowledge to talk about the possibilities.

Which measures is Global Knowledge taking?

We've made sure our locations are prepared so you can keep at least 1.5 meters of distance there at all times - from check-in at reception to the coffee corner and the classrooms. Global Knowledge follows the rules and advice of the authorities. Our locations are cleaned more often and hand sanitizer is present at our locations.

We are kindly requesting you to stay at home if you have a fever, show symptoms of a cold or flue or have recently been near someone who has been infected with Coronavirus or has a fever. You can still attend the training course from home if this is the case.

I would rather attend training online? How does Virtual Classroom work?

A Virtual Classroom training is almost the same as classroom training. You do the same assessments, you are interacting with the other students and the instructor and you receive the same course materials. The only difference is that you follow the training course at home or on another location. Global Knowledge has been offering Virtual Classroom for years - because of this we can ensure you Virtual Classroom is just as good as in-classroom training.
