GK Knowledge Pass terms and conditions

1. The GK Knowledge Pass is valid for one year from the date of issue. Any remaining credit expires at the end of this period.
2. The rights and obligations arising from these terms and conditions are not transferable without the prior written consent of Global Knowledge.
3. The credit can be redeemed for courses that Global Knowledge provides in Belgium, delivered in the Virtual Classroom or at Global Knowledge’s own training locations.
4. Global Knowledge courses and partner courses receive the discount that applies to the purchase amount of the GK Knowledge Pass, as stated in the discount table on the GK Knowledge Pass page.
5. The credit can also be used for courses from other providers, exams and e-learning modules, at the standard price without discount.
6. Both standard courses and tailored private group training can be booked with the GK Knowledge Pass, based on the investment proposal for the request in question.
7. The GK Knowledge Pass cannot be combined with other discount agreements or promotions.
8. The credit on the GK Knowledge Pass cannot be paid out in cash.
9. If Global Knowledge cancels or postpones a course booked by the Client that was scheduled within the validity period of the GK Knowledge Pass, other than due to force majeure, the Client may still attend that course using the GK Knowledge Pass after the validity period has ended.
10. If the remaining value of the GK Knowledge Pass is exceeded when the last course is booked, the difference is invoiced separately. The difference is calculated on the basis of the prices that apply to the GK Knowledge Pass.
11. Global Knowledge invoices the total price due, plus VAT, immediately after Global Knowledge has signed the GK Knowledge Pass agreement.
12. The General Terms and Conditions and the Exam Terms and Conditions of Global Knowledge also apply to the GK Knowledge Pass. These can be found on the Global Knowledge website.
13. If these terms and conditions conflict with the General Terms and Conditions, the General Terms and Conditions prevail.
14. If the Client wishes to use GK Polaris Launch, Accelerate, Discovery or Elite for Microsoft within the GK Knowledge Pass, these products must be activated within five working days of the start date of the GK Knowledge Pass.
