ISO 9001 

We have successfully completed the recertification of our ISO 9001 system. An excellent performance because we did not receive any (yellow card) on or designation from the auditor.

Global Knowledge has the following certifications and/or quality marks:

• ISO 9001;
• Cedeo (NL) for OpenRooster and for Company Event, this is a survey based on our 25 largest customers.;
• Qfor (BE);
• The VOI label, of the branch organisation with a.o. General terms and conditions, Guarantee scheme and a complaints procedure;
• Ecovadis (A system in which we receive an appreciation for our policy and activities in the field of CSR/MVO);
• Fira Sustainability platform;
• The Vendor certifications for training courses;
• The vendor certifications for exams (Vue, Exin, APMG, PeopleCert and PSI);
• The Horizontal Monitoring Covenant with the Tax and Customs Administration.
